We’re always looking for ways to give back to the community; whether it’s through pro-bono work or donations to charitable causes.  However, we also believe firmly in fostering the knowledge and entrepreneurial capital of our community.  In this regard, we have set up the Supported by ICON program.  In our day to day business, we often come across business ideas that we feel have potential.  Many times, these great ideas come from students with limited access to resources (financial, educational, office space, and so on).  ICON leverages its strengths to provide assistance for these idea-owners.

• Provision of training: ICON provides advanced training on both technical and business topics to all its staff members.  The Supported by ICON program allows young entrepreneurs to enjoy the benefits of this training
• Marketing and promotional support: Through our highly active marketing department, we can find ways to cross-promote your idea through our network of contacts and to the general public
• Office space/computers:  If the idea is still in the premature stages of development and you need hardware and office space to complete the project or a prototype, ICON may provide office space, a desk, a computer and the use of office facilities.  This has an extra advantage of exposing the entrepreneur to a fast paced, professional production environment.
• Consultancy and business direction:  ICON’s years of business leadership puts us in a position to provide advice to idea-owners, whether they’re in the incubation stage, an existing start-up, or a struggling concern.
