APS Bank – a financial institution with over 100 years of community banking has launched an enhanced Facebook page aimed at better engagement of current and future customers and the general public. Designed by ICON the bank’s new timeline aims to interact with the general public by communicating its cultural and social initiatives various events activities and competitions.
Encompassing a colourful and playful design APS Bank’s Facebook page aims at encouraging social ties whilst enforcing Maltese cultural values and events. Divided into three page types namely Live Learn and Bank APS is using its Facebook page to focus on community building through the organisation of activities and also the encouragement of online interaction.
Users are able to communicate with the Bank by asking questions commenting on posts and sharing testimonials whilst getting the information they need through a user-friendly platform. They will also be able to download various e-books and learn more about the Movement Photography Competition with cash prizes to be won.
