ICON developed the website with features allowing members to exchange their views and opinions on various topics through group forums as well as engage in live chats.

In its second phase The Voice of the Workers website will also offer a training portal offering Social Dialogue Training courses free for everyone. Registered members of the site can book courses online. These courses involve a mixture of offline and online training. All the training and the online platform itself has been provided to further develop the capacity of workers to actively contribute to social dialogue in Malta. This is a means to implement effective partnerships and to contribute to the sustainable development of Malta.

“As a result of this project workers will be in a stronger position to reach an informed opinion about issues relating to their roles as labourers and as citizens. This will subsequently enable them to actively contribute to social dialogue in Malta.”

Dr. Gege Gatt – Director ICON

“We would like to thank ICON for its guidance and execution of this project. It has been a pleasure working with the entire team from start to finish and the end result exceeded our expectations.
