Developed by ICON, this cutting-edge app offers an exceptional platform for Facebook users to find the perfect sunglasses according to their face shape.
The new app is easy to use and has a vivacious look and feel that ushers in the upcoming Spring-Summer collection.
Encompassing an up-beat design the new application offers high quality images of designer sunglasses within a convenient playful and colourful layout. It gives users the opportunity to try on a pair of sunglasses using an interactive “try-on system”. Users can upload their own image or use an existing image from their Facebook photos pick a pair of sunglasses out of a selection of branded shades and also personalise it by giving it a special effect. The new app offers the facility to change the hue of the image to different shades namely colour grayscale or sepia.
The functionality of the app includes zoom and rotate to allow the user to easily fit the glasses to his or her face-type. Users can then advance to set the image as a profile picture post it to their Facebook Wall save it to their desktop or get their friends’ opinion by sharing the image with them.
Aiming to enhance the Facebook experience to its vast clientele Solaris is offering a 10% discount to those Facebook app users who present a copy of the said Facebook image at one of their stores in Republic Street Valletta or Tower Road Sliema.
